1. Customer demand
- Dehumidifier granules, with 3 different packaging sizes;
- Want a machine to achieve it, the machine's different sizes and packaging capacities must be switched quickly;
- Concerned about the stability and packaging accuracy of the machine, only the product, the packaging film has not been designed;
- Sent materials twice and tested before placing an order.
2. Our response measures (solutions)
- There is no existing machine for proofing, we actively find ways to provide accuracy and packaging bag size;
- Knowing that the customer has not yet designed the packaging style, we took the initiative to ask if we need help designing the film style, and we do not charge any fees from the customer;
- Although we do not have an existing machine for proofing, we promise customers to test the machine, and if the machine does not meet the customer's requirements, the deposit will be refunded free of charge.
3. Post-purchase experience
- Adjust the position of the coding machine, switch to different weights, and learn how to wear the film.
- After more than 4 hours of online video teaching, I have mastered the operation of the machine.
- The machine is currently running stably and I am ready to repurchase new packaging film.
