1. Pain points before purchase
- The largest infant health powder manufacturer in Nigeria needs to package 1 gram of health powder;
- The packaged powder is similar to malt paste powder, which is very floating and easily affected by moisture, and must be packaged in an air-conditioned room with constant temperature and humidity;
- Two sets of packaging machines were imported from Italy 10 years ago;
- With the increase in production capacity, two shifts a day cannot meet the delivery needs, so we want to purchase two more;
- Italian machines are very expensive, and we do not consider buying from the original manufacturer. We want to find a machine that can run stably for more than 18 hours.
2. Our response measures (solutions/customer perspective)
- We have rich experience in powder packaging and have different solutions for different products;
- This customer is interested in the swing head's speed of 80-100 bags per minute, and the price is one-third of the original Italian manufacturer;
- After testing very light materials, the accuracy is within +/- 0.2 grams, meeting the accuracy requirements.
3. Post-purchase experience
- After the machine arrived at the production site, it was immediately used for production after being cleaned;
- After running continuously for 24 hours, the machine was stable, and the site was full of packaged products, and the workers were too busy to pack them;
- The customer was very satisfied with the stability of the machine;
- Currently, the machine is still running stably after more than a year of use.
